  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Foreman to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fabricating components according to specifications. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety standards and industry codes. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and materials required for fabrication. Able to run fabrication progress Operate press brake machines and other power tools to shape and cut materials accurately. Fabricate beams/columns/frames and other components, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in fabrication processes. Safely operate cranes for lifting heavy materials during the fabrication process. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols to prevent accidents. Make sure all work is assigned and completed by other assemblers/welders/labors under his belt Skills Strong knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience as a foreman in a steel shop Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents. Experience operating press brake machines and other fabrication tools. Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers accurately. Experience operating cranes safely in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
