Job Description

Summary:
Parabit Systems, a well-established and rapidly expanding company in the security and self-service equipment industries is currently seeking Bench Technicians/Electronic Assemblers. The suitable candidate should have some experience with mechanical, electrical assemblies, some soldering experience and should be familiar with basic test equipment. This position focuses on assembling electronic equipment such soldering wires onto switches and integrating the switches into metal housings as well as packaging the finished product. You will also be integrating circuit boards into enclosures, wiring them and final testing the equipment once completed the data must be entered into a data base so basic computer skills are required.
Essential Requirements:
Strong work ethic Minimal soldering experience Basic knowledge of hand tools Mechanically inclined Follow assembly & test procedures Maintain a safe and organized work area Must be able to read a wiring diagram Document and submit all failures of equipment to engineering QA Department Maintain quality control on the production of all equipment assembled Ensure all company equipment and tools are in proper working condition Maintain manufacturing records of all products Education /
Experience Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have some education in digital electronics and can be entry level but 1+ year of electronics assembly work is preferred as well as basic soldering skills and the knowledge of electronic test equipment such as DVM's is required. Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.
