09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Perform a broad range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and subassemblies. Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities according to established procedures and specifications. Determine and follow appropriate assembly methods, processes, and sequences of operations to ensure product quality and efficiency. Set up, adjust, and assemble components while maintaining required tolerances and adherence to blueprint specifications. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation. Inspect completed assemblies to verify conformance to quality standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve routine assembly and production issues, exercising sound judgment and recommending solutions when needed. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and customers to exchange information, provide updates, and support production objectives. Complete moderately complex assignments with minimal day-to-day supervision while meeting established goals and deadlines. Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures throughout the assembly process. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and contributing to efficient production operations. Adapt to new assignments and processes by applying technical knowledge and following general guidance as required.
