Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 1st Shift Assembler, where you will play a vital role in constructing high-quality products with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for assembling components, interpreting schematics, and ensuring that every product meets our strict quality standards. Duties Assemble parts and components accurately according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure proper fit and function Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and forklift operation when required Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical knowledge essential for success in this role Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining or fabrication is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse operations including forklift operation adds value Ability to use precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately Strong understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing equipment and processes This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing assembly. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
