Assembler / Secondary Operations Technician Pay & Benefits Start at $17-$20 per hour, based on experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room to build manufacturing skills and grow into more advanced aerospace production work. 6:00 AM-2:30 PM - Monday-Friday with opportunity to work until 4:30pm Job Responsibilities Assemble aerospace parts and components according to prints, diagrams, job travelers, and work instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately Complete secondary operations such as deburring, sanding, grinding, finishing, labeling, kitting, and packaging Inspect completed work for quality, fit, and accuracy Communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel Work as part of a team to meet daily production and safety goals Keep tools, materials, and the work area clean and organized This is a fast-paced, climate-controlled aerospace manufacturing environment where precision, safety, teamwork, attendance, and attention to detail are taken seriously.
