This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room to build manufacturing skills and grow into more advanced aerospace production work. 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Job Responsibilities Assemble aerospace parts and components according to prints, diagrams, job travelers, and work instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately Complete secondary operations such as deburring, sanding, grinding, finishing, labeling, kitting, and packaging Inspect completed work for quality, fit, and accuracy Communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel Work as part of a team to meet daily production and safety goals Keep tools, materials, and the work area clean and organized This is a fast-paced, climate-controlled aerospace manufacturing environment where precision, safety, teamwork, attendance, and attention to detail are taken seriously. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Comfortable reading basic prints and diagrams Experience using hand and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work mandatory overtime when scheduled Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check Closed-toe work shoes and appropriate work pants required #NOR001 #TALROONORTHOLMSTED
