Onsite Job Description Solderer/Assembly Technician

Pay:

Starting at $18/hr (based on experience)

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs 6:00am-3:15pm, Fri 6:00am-12:00pm (every Friday off at noon!)

Bonuses:

$500 hiring/retention bonus + $100 monthly perfect attendance award What You'll Do

Assemble electronic circuit boards by following written instructions and drawings

Identify and place thru-hole components (capacitors, resistors, transistors, ICs, etc.) correctly

Use tools and equipment (glue, clipping, masking, etc.) to complete final assembly

Follow quality standards (IPC-A-610 Class 2)

Work with your team to ensure accuracy and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required

Assembly experience preferred (we will train)

Good eyesight, steady hands, and attention to detail

Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift light items during your shift
