Job Description

EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate production equipment, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
Job Title:
Production Assembly Associate Schedule:
1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30
PM Pay:
$17.00/hr. - $18.00/hr. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Safely use hand tools and other assembly equipment. Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Package completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools. Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
