Assembly Technician - I

Job Summary Established employee-owned manufacturing company in Brecksville is hiring a Assembly Technician for varied hands-on detail-oriented work. Unlike repetitive production line roles, this position offers diverse tasks assembling small parts and product kits in a clean, quiet, climate-controlled environment with flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities:

Assemble small parts and product kits Follow written instructions and specifications Maintain quality and production standards Inspect finished products for accuracy Interested individuals must meet the following minimum qualifications: 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable using hand tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally carry or lift items weighing as much as 40 pounds.
