We have grown significantly over the past few years and have developed a position to help us expand our manufacturing capabilities. This is a salaried position requiring expertise in soldering, assembly processes, compliance with J-STD standards, emphasizing safety, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and workflows. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed. Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to access to export-controlled information. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing Comfortable working with small parts and precision work Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery. Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
