Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of stone veneer products. This role involves preparing molds, mixing materials, pouring concrete, finishing stone surfaces, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pull stone from the stone molds from the previous day Inspect all stone products Maintain a clean and organized production area Follow safety procedures and quality standards Assist with packaging and palletizing finished product Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred (not required) Forklift experience and certification preferred (not required) Join us in creating a productive environment where your skills make a real impact!
