Powersports Sales Manager

Johnny K's Powersports is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have proven managerial experience in a sales department. Prior experience essential preferably in a powersports or car dealership environment. We offer our colleagues excellent compensation with growth potential and a pleasant working environment. 9am-6pm•

Saturday:

10am-4pm•

OFF RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help enhance the sales process Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals Motivate the sales team to succeed in a commission-based sales environment Promote competition within the sales team tempered by cooperation and compatibility Achieve monthly sales goals Manage all aspects of the sales department Desk deals, track daily statistics, & manage leads Manage current and upcoming inventory & monthly promotion Other related duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year Sales Manager experience in a dealership Working knowledge of F&I Must have a valid license with a clean driving record Strong computer and phone skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
