• Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly experience required Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic mechanical aptitude Benefits Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Clean, team-oriented work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
