In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling products to specifications using work orders, blueprints, and BOMs. You will use a variety of tools, maintain high production standards, and ensure the quality of both raw materials and finished products. If you're a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team.
Shift Hours:
5am to 3:30pm
  • Monday
  • Friday Overtime on Saturdays as needed! $18.75
  • 19 per hour OT available Increase after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and work orders Utilize both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Inspect and identify components needed for assembly Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products Meet production standards and quality expectations Assist with the training and mentoring of new team members Master all assembly functions within the department Read and interpret work orders and instructions to complete tasks accurately
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months of experience in assembly or manufacturing Ability to read and understand work instructions in English Strong basic math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure Ability to lift, bend, push/pull, and reach, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards HSD/GED Required Why Work With Us?
