The Counseling Center of Wayne & Holmes County is hiring a full-time School-Based Counselor/Social Worker to support students in the Dalton area. If you're passionate about helping children succeed emotionally, socially, and academically, this is a role where your work truly matters - every single day.

Conduct mental health diagnostic assessment s and develop individualized treatment plans Provide on-site individual and group counseling to students Collaborate with families, school staff, and community supports Serve as a key liaison between home and school environments Support student growth in areas like behavior, coping skills, and social development Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentationWhat We're Looking For:
Licensed in Ohio as an LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC Experience (or strong interest) in working with children and adolescents Knowledge of DSM/ICD diagnostic criteria and evidence-based practices Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while staying connected to a teamWhat You'll Get:
