Assembler Location:

Delaware, OH Pay:

$15.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Delaware, OH. This position involves assembling automotive headliners for car models in a fast-paced production environment. No weekends are required, and overtime may be available. Responsibilities Assemble automotive headliners according to production specifications Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards Inspect completed products for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production guidelines Work efficiently as part of a team

Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM-2:30

PM Overtime:

May be available until approximately 4:30

PM Starting Pay:

$15.00/hour

Perfect Attendance Bonus:

$40

Pay Increase:

Eligible for a $1.00/hour increase after successfully completing 6 weeks and being hired on Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures IND2
