$23.00/hr., with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications 1stShift Schedule:
Monday- Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm

Biweekly Responsibilities Assembler/Equipment Operator I Responsibilities:
Following production orders, company procedures and directions from supervisor, prepare parts and assemble components into assemblies. Successfully perform assembly operations by means of power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Preparing parts for assembly by means of grinding, blasting, cutting of metals, etc. Execute assembly in accordance to company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality and safety standards. Maintain equipment in proper functioning status by applying preventative maintenance as per instructions. Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or qualityAssembler/ Equipment Operator I Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Required. 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, and respirator if required. Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to use standard hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, etc. Proactive in proposing solutions. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques.
