• Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow instructions or basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Benefits Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Clean, team-oriented work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
