- Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, part lists, and work orders
- Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for small parts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay Rate:
$17- 19/hr (+$3 shift differential on 2nd shift)
