Clean Room Assembler Job Description We are seeking meticulous and skilled assemblers capable of working with small, precise parts using tools such as tweezers. You will occasionally operate machinery by placing parts in a jig and aligning them on a computer. Quality checks will be performed using microscopes and magnifying glasses, and you may be required to work in a clean room or run a laser etching machine. Responsibilities Assemble small, precise parts using tools such as tweezers. Operate machinery by placing parts in a jig and aligning them on a computer. Perform quality checks using microscopes and magnifying glasses. Work occasionally in a clean room environment. Run laser etching machines as needed. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring attention to detail and quality control, using microscopes, micrometers, or calipers. At least 1 year of experience in small parts assembly. At least 1 year of experience in data entry and computer skills, particularly in medical, ERP, and Epicor environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year experience in a medical-related position is a plus. 1+ year of ERP experience is a plus. 1+ year experience with Epicor is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment allows for casual attire, such as jeans and a polo or a nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to the use of lasers, but steel toe boots are not required. In the clean room, you will need to suit up each day to maintain a sterile environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
