Production Assembler

Job Summary:

The Production Line Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies in accordance with work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards. This role supports production and order fulfillment efforts and may assist in other areas of Production and Shipping as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare work for assembly by reviewing work orders, assembly instructions, and parts lists Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Assemble components and subassemblies, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening Inspect assembled components to verify compliance with quality and specification requirements Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor Accurately document production activities and work order completion in the ERP system Routinely package subassemblies in designated materials for shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures Assist with general warehouse, production, or shipping tasks as assigned Contribute to overall team performance and production goals Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs. Qualifications (Required) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic understanding of assembly manuals and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic data entry and computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Valid driver's license Culture / Work Environment Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic that reflects the Mission and Core Values of B5 Systems.
