London, OH 1st shift Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

Position Overview :

We are currently hiring Assembly / Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in London, OH. Associates will rotate through various production stations building components used in the commercial truck industry. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, full-time employment in a clean and stable manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions Rotate between different assembly stations Inspect products for accuracy and quality Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Meet daily production and quality standards Communicate any defects or issues to supervisors Requirements Steel-toe shoes required Jeans required (no sweatpants allowed) Reliable attendance is a must Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for a 10-hour shift Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful but not required Work Environment Fast-paced assembly line setting Repetitive tasks with rotation Team-oriented production floor Focus on safety and quality Must be able to write and read in English
