Job Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Pallet Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in creating sturdy, reliable pallets that support our production and shipping processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment, utilizing mechanical skills and hand tools to assemble high-quality pallets efficiently. We are currently hiring for 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM M-F) Duties Assemble wooden pallets using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to meet production standards. Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, finished pallets, and other warehouse items. Inspect materials and completed pallets for quality, durability, and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency within the manufacturing facility. Requirements Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable. Ability to read and understand a tape measurer Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.
