Assembler (1st Shift) ($18.50/hr.) Job Description We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team. You will be assembling spray booth units, building sub-assemblies, and working collaboratively with team members for hands-on training and cross-training across different assembly stations. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow work instructions closely. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Assemble spray booth units using hand and power tools. Build small sub-assemblies and progress to larger assemblies over time. Work alongside a team member for hands-on training and cross-training on different assembly stations. Install frames and attach large plastic panels (approx. 4x6 ft.). Perform detailed assembly tasks such as fitting small components together. Assist with packing completed booths into large shipping units as needed for shipment preparation. Conduct final inspections to ensure proper functionality (e.g., nozzles working, components properly installed). Follow work instructions and assembly guides; most processes are learned on the job. Complete assembly and sub-assembly builds according to standard procedures. Perform quality checks and basic functional testing on completed units. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Essential Skills Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. Mechanical aptitude or prior assembly/manufacturing experience. Ability to follow instructions and learn new assembly processes quickly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with mechanical assembly. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Why Work Here?
