Job Description
#LI-Skilled-01 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled technician to perform a range of assembly and testing functions with minimal supervision. This role involves operating testing equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance with specifications. The technician will also use necessary gauges and measuring equipment to ensure that final assemblies meet customer specifications and dimensional requirements. Responsibilities Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques. Read, interpret, and understand assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions. Operate required test equipment and verify its calibration. Conduct test audits. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as required. Make necessary adjustments to correct irregular and non-conforming assemblies. Collaborate with supervision and team members to meet production requirements and ensure tooling and hardware availability. Assist and instruct others in daily activities as needed. Maintain knowledge and ability levels to efficiently perform all assigned work and become proficient in new assignments. Maintain satisfactory performance while following procedures and observing all safety rules and requirements. Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of foreign object damage (FOD). Qualifications High school diploma or GED. US Person Status. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings. Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work effectively as a team member. Manual dexterity and a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
