They offer a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment where your contributions matter from day one. •This position will be located at their headquarters in Newbury, OH 1st Shift Position Overview Under direct supervision, the Entry-Level Assembler is responsible for assembling drinking water and softener products according to established work instructions and production specifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a stable manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Learn differences in various drinking water and softener products and their component parts. Develop assembly skills to meet daily quantity and quality goals. Work from daily production schedules to assemble products following job instructions. Learn to test assembled products for quality and compliance. Learn proper packaging methods according to specifications. Begin cross-training on multiple product lines. Scan work orders to record production completion and manage inventory. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with supervisors about stock replenishment, missing parts, or process questions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts. Basic organizational and general computer skills. Good verbal communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; maneuvering up to 100 lbs with a dolly. Exposure to noise, oil, and seasonal temperature changes (heat/cold).
