Assembly & Repair Workers:

Assembly Workers Duties:

Component Assembly — Build, mount, and install mechanical and electronic parts used in ATM and banking technology units. Blueprint & Work Instruction Following — Read and follow detailed production instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Hand & Power Tool Use — Safely operate drills, drivers, torque tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks. Line Support — Stage parts, load components, and keep assembly lines supplied to maintain production flow. Quality Verification — Inspect completed assemblies for defects, alignment, and correct installation. Final Unit Preparation — Prepare finished units for testing, packaging, or movement to the next production department.

Repair Worker Duties:

Diagnostic Evaluation — Inspect returned or malfunctioning ATM components to identify issues or failures. Component Repair & Replacement — Repair, rebuild, or replace defective parts to restore full functionality. Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting — Use testing tools and repair procedures to resolve wiring, circuitry, or mechanical problems. Reassembly & Testing — Reassemble repaired units and perform functional tests to ensure they meet Diebold standards. Documentation — Record repairs, parts used, and diagnostic results in Diebold's tracking systems. Production Support — Work closely with assembly and quality teams to ensure repaired units re‑enter production correctly. •
