Job Description
Overview Local Manufacturing Company seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will assembly food processing equipment following directions while maintaining items accurate fit and are aligned properly. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety while maintaining productivity standards. Duties Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory or warehouse environment. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling and transportation of assembled products. Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during the assembly process. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly requirements and troubleshoot issues. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm
