Job Title:

Assembler (1st Shift) - $18.50/hr Job Description Join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment building spray booth units. This is a hands-on role using tools, working on a team, and learning multiple assembly stations. What You'll Do Assemble spray booth units and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools Install frames and large plastic panels while ensuring proper fit Follow work instructions to complete builds accurately Perform basic quality checks and final inspections Pack finished products and prepare for shipment Keep work area clean and safe What We're Looking For Experience using hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Team-oriented and willing to learn Why Apply Weekly pay + overtime (time and a half) Clean, modern facility Hands-on training and growth opportunities Stable, team-focused environment Long-term opportunity with advancement Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Work Environment Clean, organized facility with a supportive team and consistent schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Macedonia, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
