Voto Sales Commitment is to Provide Excellence Through Quality and Efficiency Fabricator/Assembler duties and responsibilities: Produces finished products by assembling parts and components Reads and deciphers assembly instructions Positions or aligns components and parts Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials related Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Checks assembly components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassemblies Verifies specifications by measuring completed component Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Helps keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Helps maintain inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels Documents actions by completing production and quality forms Fabricator/Assembler skills and qualifications: Mechanical, technical, and basic math skills Physical stamina and strength for manipulating 150lbs Safety management mindset Focus on quality control Feet and hand dexterity along with handeye coordination, including the ability to press foot pedals frequently and be able to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must agree to background screening Able to lift/manipulate up to 150lbs Desired characteristics: At least 6 months experience in assembly/manual fabrication Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems Reliability and consistency in work ethic Honesty, integrity, and professionalism
