J & S Packaging is hiring Production Assemblers. Join our team and be a key player in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Monday-Friday 6am-2pm No mandatory overtime Option to schedule make up hours Compensation includes: Starting rate of $15.00 AND UP ( depending on skillset) Monthly bonuses up to $1,278( equivalent hourly rate of over $7.00/hour) Pay increase after successful completion of training period( typically 90-days) Merit/performance increases Full Benefits available: Paid Time Off Paid Holidays( 8) Two Medical Plans Dental Vision 401K with employer match Short Term Disability J & S Packaging is a Fabricator of rigid and flexible packaging.
