Position Summary Supports the assembly of downhole pump systems in a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on staging materials, preparing components, and assisting assemblers by ensuring all necessary parts are ready for final assembly. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly. Retrieve parts from inventory baskets and organize them for production. Set up materials on assembly rails and prepare components for final assembly. Utilize hand tools and basic material handling equipment safely and effectively. Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed. Assist production teams in maintaining workflow and meeting production goals.
