NYSE:
HEI) is seeking a Wire Technician (Assembler). The Wire Technician is an entry level assembler position that performs tasks and functions related to the assembly of raw wire into a heating element. This is a 1st Shift Position 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, OT as needed on Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Read job specifications to produce wire according to documentation Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Requirements/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment doing repetitive work preferred Must have good dexterity and precision when required to work with extremely small and fragile items. Basic knowledge of the use of a multimeter and hand tools.
Specialized Knowledge or Abilities:
Language- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
