Structural Assembler We re hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. This is a long-term opportunity with an established manufacturer that produces large-scale industrial equipment used across a variety of commercial and industrial applications. Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands What You ll Do Assemble and build industrial equipment components using hand tools and shop equipment Install and assemble structural and mechanical components according to production specifications Secure and install hardware fasteners and related assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Track production schedules and report completed work as required Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines This Role is a Good Fit For Candidates with assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical production experience Individuals comfortable using hand tools and working in an industrial environment Manufacturing professionals who can read blueprints and follow detailed instructions People who enjoy hands-on work and building mechanical equipment Detail-oriented individuals who value consistency, precision, and workplace safety Team players who can work independently while supporting production goals Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movement throughout the shift Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Work Environment Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles Non-climate-controlled facility with typical fabrication and production shop conditions Required use of PPE including safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies and state regulations Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
