Mechanical Assembler I Location:
Claremore, Oklahoma Work Arrangement:
Onsite Contract Duration:

1 year, possibility for conversion

7:00 AM

•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM

•11:00 PM Overtime available, including potential 10-hour days and Saturday work

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined individuals to support the assembly of industrial pump systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for staging materials, preparing components, and assisting assembly operations to ensure efficient production flow. Candidates with experience using hand tools, material handling equipment, and working in a manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Stage materials and components for assembly operations. Retrieve parts from inventory and organize materials for production teams. Set up components and materials in preparation for final assembly. Safely use hand tools and material handling equipment. Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed. Support assemblers and production personnel to maintain workflow and productivity. Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory movement and material preparation activities as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to use basic hand tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical components. Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to safely handle materials and components. Safety boots required. Why Join Us?
