In this role, you'll fabricate, assemble, and test commercial audio, video, lighting, and security systems that power high-profile environments. What You'll Do Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot commercial AV, lighting, and security systems Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Use hand and power tools to fabricate and install components Perform soldering and connector termination (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, F-CONN) Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and processes Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations What You Bring Experience in AV installation, electronics, or commercial construction Strong technical skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret AV and construction drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering, and cable termination Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet tools) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Construction, or related field Certifications in AV technologies (Biamp, Extron, Crestron, AMX, etc.) CTS or CTS-I certification Experience with audio DSP, video processing, or control systems Why Join Us?
