In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing high-quality sheds and outdoor structures according to detailed construction plans and specifications. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction techniques will ensure each project meets our standards for durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble shed components. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, and assembly tasks to construct sturdy, precise structures. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for transporting materials and components on-site. Install doors, windows, siding, roofing, drywall, trim, fixtures, and other structural elements with attention to detail. Ensure all work complies with safety standards including power tool safety protocols and proper handling of construction materials. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to verify alignment with project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines during fabrication and installation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking with a focus on residential projects. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and estimating construction needs. Proficient with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and wood construction materials. Knowledge of framing carpentry, siding installation, and roofing techniques. Familiarity with construction site procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Strong understanding of power tool and safety procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical plans accurately.
