Seeking Entry-Level Assemblers for Plastics Manufacturing Facility to work in Shawnee, OK Available Starting Pay rates and Schedules $15.00 an hour , Working 1st Shift from 5a to 3:30p, Monday thru Thursday $17.00 an hour, Working 2nd Shift from 3:30p to 2a, Monday thru Thursday About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior assembly experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, or supervisor direction Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.) Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed ResourceMFG offers the following Benefits and more: Excellent hourly pay rate Weekly Pay every Friday on direct deposit or VISA pay card.
