Job Description
The Impact You'll Make As our new Quality Auditor, you will ensure dimensional accuracy and prevent quality escapes by validating machined components and supporting production with reliable inspection data. Your work will directly contribute to delivering defect-free products to our customers. This is a 1st Shift position, working Tuesday through Friday - ten (10) hour shifts. What You'll Be Doing Lead dimensional inspection and audit activities for machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications and prevent quality escapes. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to address non-conformances and support continuous improvement initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in inspection processes, measurement accuracy, and data reporting. Perform product release activities and conduct floor audits on production and assembly lines to ensure adherence to defined manufacturing processes. Support
PPAP/ISIR
measurements and validation activities. Work with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure parts meet dimensional and specification requirements. Execute recurring inspection tasks including production parts, incoming inspection, and PPAP samples using CMM equipment. Perform floor and lab audits to verify process compliance and measurement system reliability. Generate inspection reports and communicate any non-conformance or risks. What We're Looking For At least two (2) years experience in CMM inspection within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Zeiss CMM equipment and Calypso software; familiarity with SAP and Teamcenter is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications. activities. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
