Job Description

Description:
The Assembly & Test Technician will be responsible for various functions to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous production consistent with established standards. Essential Functions Assemble equipment based on customer sales order; complete assembly according to requirements and safety rules/regulations; complete assembly documentation. Repair equipment. Work at different workstations as needed. Identify, place and stamp parts in specified relationship to each other and per instructions on job order, router and drawing. Check parts and router for accuracy and review assembly procedures. Bolt, clip, screw and fasten parts together. Wash, mask, and paint assembled equipment. Ability to work in a hands-on environment. Frequent standing, bending and lifting. Other duties as assigned by management. Fully participate in HSE Management Program and comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Ensure compliance in respective areas of control with all Quality management System requirements, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED At least 6 months experience in related job and industry and /or training Current Forklift certification Demonstrated good math skills Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills in English Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical components, airborne fumes, and particles Exposure to heat, cold, wet and snow conditions Moderate noise levels
