Final Assembly Technician Shift:

Day Shift | 5:00 AM-5:30 PM | Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Wagoner, OK Job Summary This role is the final step in the manufacturing process. The Final Assembly Technician assembles components to customer prints and supports final inspections and testing with Quality Control. Key Responsibilities Assemble structural and drive components (bundles, fans, motors, props) Set and verify final dimensions per prints Use hardware fasteners correctly Read and interpret blueprints , diagrams, and work instructions Operate impact wrenches, hand tools, and power tools Support Quality Control during inspections and testing Essential Skills Experience in mechanical assembly (heat exchanger industry preferred) Strong blueprint reading ability Proficient with hand and power tools High attention to quality standards Additional Qualifications Experience with electrical wiring and QC procedures Ability to operate an overhead crane (training provided) Commitment to safety procedures Work Environment Non-climate-controlled fabrication shop Frequent overtime opportunities Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
