This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the craft of cabinetmaking, develop technical skills, and work alongside an experienced team that prides itself on producing high-quality work. As a Cabinet Shop Assembler, you'll play a vital role in constructing cabinetry and related products, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced shop environment, perfect for those eager to develop a skilled trade. What You'll Do As a Cabinet Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for: Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry, countertops, and commercial furnishings Working with laminate and other materials to complete cabinetry components Operating shop equipment such as table saws, line boring machines, impact drills, routers, and sanders Using tape measures to ensure precise measurements and fit of components Inspecting completed work for imperfections before projects proceed to finishing and installation Following detailed instructions from the Shop Lead while also completing tasks independently when needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop environment What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Basic familiarity with shop tools including table saws, drills, routers, sanders, and tape measures Ability to take accurate measurements and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality craftsmanship Reliability and punctuality, with consistent attendance Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company Experience working with laminate materials is helpful but not required Why Join Us in Bend?
