Job Description

Outdoor Equipment Assembly Tech Bend, OR PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking an Outdoor Equipment Assembly Tech for a growing and fun company in Bend. A quality candidate for this position will have a high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and looking for a team-oriented environment. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.

Central Oregon Outdoor Equipment Assembly Tech Duties Include:
Perform various repetitive tasks to assemble, fit and prepare product using tools Maintain a safe, clean and organized work station Perform visual inspection duties and correct as needed Maintains quality service by following organization standards Maintain production flow and high quality of work Following oral and written specifications Working in a close team environment
Outdoor Equipment Assembly Tech Job Requirements:
Recent work experience in a similar, detail-oriented position High attention to detail for accuracy Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment Passion for the work being done and quality of work being produced Frequent squatting, bending, twisting reaching and continuous standing and walking Able to read a tape measure Basic math and computer skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day Provide 2 professional references
Supervision:
This position has direct supervision. Teamwork is essential to work towards a common goal.
Basic working conditions:
The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
