Assembly Technician (Assembly Shop) Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, mechanically-inclined Assembly Technician to support day-to-day production in our assembly shop. You'll work across multiple steps of the build process—prepping components, assembling parts, helping with packaging and crating, and keeping the workspace organized and production-ready. This role is for someone who takes pride in results: clean work, consistent output, and a "do it right the first time" mindset. We care a lot about quality and follow-through. Responsibilities Assist in a variety of assembly processes (mechanical assembly, component installation, fit/finish tasks). Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly. Prep tubs and frames/components for assembly (cleaning, staging, basic prep work). Support packaging and shipping prep, including building crates and securing finished units. Support warehouse operations as needed (inventory movement, material handling, shop errands). Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow shop standards for tool/material storage. Perform general shop upkeep (sweeping, cleanup, trash/recycling, restocking supplies). Drive company vehicle for occasional local pickups/errands (as needed). What We Value (Attitude + Performance)
