About the Role If you enjoy hands-on work, assembly, production, and creating high-quality products, you'll feel right at home here. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll build and prepare precision wax pattern assemblies that serve as the foundation for aerospace and industrial components produced through our investment casting process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, quality inspection, warehouse operations, machine operation, or other skilled trades. No previous wax assembly experience is required. We provide comprehensive training. This is steady, detail-oriented work where you'll see the results of your efforts every day while contributing to products used throughout the aerospace industry. What You'll Do Clean, trim, shape, and prepare wax patterns using handheld tools and specialized materials

Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and production standards

Assemble precision components to create wax pattern assemblies

Perform visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects and ensure product compliance

Accurately handle small parts and components in a production environment

Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process

Keep workstations organized, clean, and production-ready

Collaborate with team members to review assemblies and maintain product quality

Support engineering and process changes as new products and improvements are introduced

Assist with training and mentoring new employees as skills develop

Work from drawings, photographs, work instructions, and production documentation

Follow all safety procedures and properly use required equipment and PPE

Identify and report safety concerns and opportunities for continuous improvement

Support production goals and contribute to on-time delivery performance

Perform other manufacturing and production-related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Team Ability to follow written instructions, work procedures, and verbal directions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and safety requirements

Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small, intricate parts

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools

Patience, focus, and consistency when performing repetitive precision work

Strong organization and time-management skills

Ability to identify very small defects (as small as .010")

Ability to measure accurately within 1/16"

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, fabrication, warehouse operations, quality inspection, machine operation, or skilled trades is a plus

Experience with wax assembly, investment casting, aerospace manufacturing, or precision assembly is beneficial but not required

Physical Requirements Ability to read work instructions and complete basic documentation

Lift and move up to 35 lbs.

Stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Use hand tools and assembly equipment comfortably

Perform repetitive hand movements and detailed assembly tasks

Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures
