Fabrication Technician Location:
Bethlehem, PA Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10 Schedule) $20 to $26 About the Role We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to produce, assemble, and modify metal components according to client specifications and production requirements. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician with strong troubleshooting skills who takes pride in maintaining high quality standards and keeping equipment running. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical engineering drawings. Fabricate, assemble, and install components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery. Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise quality standards and tolerances. Operate equipment such as saws, drill presses, grinders, and applicable fabrication tools. Inspect finished products and perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment. Maintain a clean, safe work environment following all established safety procedures. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and document work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years working with hydraulic systems, aerial lifts, heavy equipment, or related machinery. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to work independently, manage service priorities, and communicate effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL A preferred Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a shop environment. High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality output.
