In this role, you will be responsible for building, fitting, and putting together high-quality products and structures using a variety of hand and power tools. Because precision and efficiency are critical to our operations, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on assembly experience. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, or heavy fabrication using hand and power tools. If you have a sharp eye for detail, can read technical blueprints or drawings, and take pride in building things built to last, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Will need to use and have experience with hand tools. Ability to tell the difference between colors/ stains Assisting in sanding flooring, stair treads, stair risers, plate, and newel. Being able to perform manual labor relevant to the specific department, such as pushing and pulling carts with product. Run suffing machines Read and understand tags for proper color or product. Ability to glue, staple, screw, nailing ... Ability to identify and correct defects when possible Can operate a sander Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
