    • What You'll Do
    • As a Military Division Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building and testing specialized thermal management products used in demanding applications.
    + Assemble aluminum heat pipes, control boxes, and precision components following detailed blueprints and work instructions + Perform low-voltage wiring, wire routing, connector pinning, and crimping activities + Solder copper piping and components while maintaining strict quality standards + Conduct product testing and inspections to verify functionality and performance + Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met + Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively + Collaborate with technicians and team members to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
    • What We're Looking For
    • We are seeking reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.
    + Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine shop experience + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, high-value components + Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment + Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions + Proven reliability with a strong work history and positive attendance record + Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply.
    + Mechanical assembly experience involving precision components + Electrical wiring or control box assembly experience + Experience routing wires, crimping connectors, and working with sensors + Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings + Soldering and/or brazing experience in a manufacturing environment + Inspection, quality control, machine operation, or general production experience + Experience with thermal management systems or similar technical products is a plus

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $16.
    00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
