Assembly Technician

Zentz Industrial Services, Inc. is a locally owned manufacturer of hot melt adhesive equipment used in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, woodworking, and co-packaging industries. As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to our Production Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in assembly processes. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production schedules are met. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly line issues as they arise. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and blueprints. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Able to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, Vernier calipers) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
