As an Assembler, you will: Interpret engineering drawings, technical terms as per technical guidelines Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Inventor parts and tools used in the assembling process Be aligneed with the company procedures and directives Test finished products for defects Maintain the tools used to create products Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace We value transferable skills, different career paths, and learning agility. Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome. What makes you an asset to our team thanks to: Your high School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Your experience in assembly (a minimum of 1 year is required), manufacturing, or other detail-oriented work using hand tools. Your strong manual dexterity and the ability to assemble small, intricate components with precision. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions. Your excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Your good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Your knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
